This hotel is outstanding. It has a great location, just a few steps to Hoan Kiem Lake. I enjoy the view from the restaurant on the 6th floor. The employees are super friendly and supportive. I highly recommend and will definitely stay here when I visit Hanoi.

Room had everything you needed. Nice touch on the extras (toothbrush/cotton buds). Staff extremely helpful and accommodating.

- • Double bed was just 2 singles pushed together, not a huge issue just slightly more uncomfortable.
Location is great, just literally in Cau Go and 2mins walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. Very, very convenient for a solo traveler. They gave me a quiet room considering the main street is busy. Staff Lucie and Daniel are very accommodating and approachable. They really helped me with my requests.

Great central place to stay to explore the old city.
The location was perfect, close to the lake and the market. The young staff at reception were friendly and helpful, and the staff offered great assistance with booking ongoing transport. Breakfast was exceptional, and they even prepared a great takeaway breakfast as we left early on the last day. Situated in the heart of the old city, but the rooms are surprisingly quiet. The lift was good, so we didn't have to use stairs.

- • Rooms are small, but we booked the executive suite so had a little more room. Strange that the only window opens onto another window of another room, but in the old city, you expect things like that.
Unbeatable location
The best thing is undoubtedly the location, it is a 10-minute walk from practically everything essential, and on weekends, they cut off traffic on the streets and it becomes pedestrian. The breakfast was decent, and the room was clean and had everything necessary.
