The welcome from Mai who helped us a lot upon our arrival: the taxi that was supposed to pick us up was not there and she found one for us to take us to the hotel. Even outside of her working hours, she was there to help

Fabulous location, helpful staff, beautiful room. We were upgraded to the most luxurious and spacious room. Mae was so helpful throughout our stay, her big beaming smile always greeted us. Enjoyed a lovely relaxing spa too, fabulous massage at an excellent price. Thank you to all the staff who made our stay so memorable.
