The hotel is right in the center of Hanoi, very convenient for getting around! The staff is very friendly!

- • The rooms are okay but they could use a little refresh. There is not much natural light, the windows overlook a small light well

Fantastic location but the room is very loud and small
The location was fantastic and within walking distance to everywhere. The WiFi was strong and I appreciated the free water provided daily. The people at the front desk were kind enough to allow us a late check-in.

- • The room is much smaller than expected (we couldn't fully open both suitcases without them being in the way). The bed was very hard and you could hear everything quite literally, which isn't ideal for light sleepers (I could even hear the movements of the next room and people in the hallway).

- • Uncomfortable bed. Horrible, same for the pillow. Tiny room. Dirty kettle, bed also not very clean

- • The room had an odd smell and was covered in mold from the ceilings to the walls. I do not recommend staying here at all! I checked out moments after arriving. They eventually gave me a refund for the room.
