It’s a good hotel overall but it’s the homeless shelter across the street that soured the experience.

- • There is a homeless shelter across the street and you can sometimes hear some crackhead outside talking/yelling to himself. If you have a rental car, pulling around back isn’t a big deal but if you choose to save money by keeping your car parked there and wanted to either walk or bike Boston, you might get approached by some of them.

Good value, great staff, good location.
The staff were very accommodating and friendly. I needed to briefly park my rental car out front while my family made their way down and the security guard very kindly let me park in front so that I didn't need to pay for parking.

- • The hotel is right near a very busy street and hospital, so it is noisy through the night, but the staff do what they can to minimize it.

- • The room was fine but we were assigned a room facing the avenue which was very noisy. Additionally, the room smelled like cigarettes and other substances.
Nice hotel, good breakfast
I had quite a nice big and calm room with a big window. The pool was a nice thing to cool down. The breakfast was a typical, but a well-equipped one. The personnel at the breakfast was especially friendly and helpful. Within the lobby, there was a small Snack & drink corner like a tiny supermarket, which was quite helpful.

- • I'm still waiting for my invoice, as booking.com says the hotel must give it and the hotel said I get it via booking. This is annoying since I want to clear my travel expenses.
It was perfect for our needs in Boston.
The Staff was amazing. They were all super helpful and very nice. We used the shuttle once and ate breakfast every day. Even the pool was a nice outing even though it was indoor. Haha. Being a Hilton honors member was really nice as we got water every day.

- • One night it was raining and there seemed to be more emergencies outside as the hospital is next door. So, it was a little louder with sirens than usual! I’m a heavy sleeper, so I was fine. Also, the shuttles are nice, but it only worked out one day to use them, but the Uber system was amazing. We only had a 5 minute or less wait 99% of the time.
