Large bed staff were excellent. Was good to meet Tom and have an English hotel manager. Great to chat to him, when you're there ask him to let you know about his bahn mi spot!

I will still book a hotel if I have the opportunity to return to Ha Long
My family rented 4 rooms for the weekend at Halong Lavender Hotel. The rooms are clean and quite new. The staff are very enthusiastic and responsive. The hotel has a spacious rooftop view, where you can watch fireworks and has a swimming pool. Convenient location, close to Bai Chay Beach (about 1km away, within walking distance) and near Vuifest, Valley Beach Club (1-2km), but not noisy. Parking right in front of the hotel. With this price range and experience, both me and my family are very satisfied

Very clean and cozy room. There is even a large bathtub - it's a wow effect. In the bathroom, there is a window with a view of the pool with colorful fish below. Very friendly staff, especially a middle-aged man of European appearance, possibly a manager. Very sociable, provides advice, and interacts with other guests

I am a Salesperson bringing guests to Lavender for the first time... and all my guests loved it... there is nothing they didn't like... Enthusiastic staff, friendly receptionists, kitchen staff are very attentive, clean hotel, delicious food, buffet breakfast is okay and suitable for the majority of guests... I am very satisfied with the hotel owners who kindly provided karaoke for free for the group when dining at the hotel... 10 points, nothing to dislike... but next time I will bring another group here... if you come to experience it, you will surely love it like me...!!!

- • One thing I didn't like: Why did I find out about this hotel so late... When you go to Bai Chay, Ha Long, remember to book early... on weekends, the rooms sell out quickly...
