Room service was always late in the day, staff were friendly and accommodating. Always needed a taxi or Uber to go anywhere, cafeteria was next door.

The hotel is far from downtown but close to restaurants. The price is good. The staff is nice and friendly.

Terrible hotel management.
I couldn't sleep at night because of the music coming from the nightclub next to the reception. I complained three times but nothing was done.

I stayed for 4 nights at the beginning of January. It was a little over 10,000 yen per night. The attitude and service of the staff were very good, and I was satisfied. On the other hand, the facilities themselves are aging, and although they are making efforts to keep them as clean as possible, and I have no intention of complaining at this price, I think it is better to be mentally prepared for the following points. 1) The sofa is fabric but has an ingrained smell, and when you sit down to relax, a foot odor-like smell drifts out after a while. Perhaps many travelers with strong body odors have sweated and sat on it. 2) In the toilet and bathroom, insects come out. A few small ones are always wandering around. They don't bite people, and they are only around the drain, so they are harmless, so please don't kill them out of pity. 3) The telephone, hairdryer, and mirror in the washbasin were broken. When I called the front desk, they came to repair it immediately. The hairdryer had a broken power cord and no plug, so they burned the end of the cord with a lighter, stuck the copper wire into the socket hole with a screwdriver, and made it usable. Overall, the impression is that the cleaning is done properly, and it was not a bad experience. I think it's a reasonable and good location for short stays of 4 days or less.
