The location is excellent, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The small hotel has a unique rustic design that is quite clever. It seems most rooms do not have windows on the street but do have natural light. So most rooms do not get any noise from the main street. The breakfast is very organized and plated rather than a buffet.

Really beautifully put together guest house in the centre of Veliko Tarnovo. The staff were super welcoming and helpful and a tasty breakfast included. The room was comfortable and relaxing after a long bus ride. The location is great - it's on the main street, but my room was set back from the road, so no noise reached me. About a 15 minute walk from the Tsarevets fortress, and easy access to old town streets on either side, or the Assen Dynasty monument. Also a convenient walk (approx 10-12 mins) to the central / south bus station for connections back to Sofia. Really enjoyed my stay!

Excellent, I would repeat and recommend it
The decoration all taken care of in detail and very original, it looks like a medieval footprint with current comforts. Varied and excellent breakfast. The staff is very friendly, they helped us a lot, they even waited for us because we arrived a little later than the check-in time, but they have been attentive at all times.

- • The mattress, although this is a matter of taste, for me it was a little soft and I sank in the middle. But I need very hard mattresses, it's not that it's bad, it's just not suitable for me.
