Disappointed because our last stay was much better.
We declined the breakfast. The location was good. Finding the venue was also good. It being situated near shops and other event places was also a plus. This venue is good for business type stay overs and not family vacations.

- • When we booked, we noted that we were a family of six adults. The rooms that we got were not family-friendly. There was no lounging space in any of the rooms. There was no kitchen sink to place or wash our dishes. We used the bathroom/toilet sink on the last day. What was most upsetting was the fact that we also could not fix our own meals and were reliant on having to go to restaurants for all meals. When I approached the lady who handed over our room keys for assistance, she just reiterated the fact that they do not allow cooking in their rooms and went on with what she was busy with.

- • No hairdryer as mentioned on the booking site/Room is not very clean (found a pair of old dirty socks in one of the drawers)/Only two bath towels provided for a family of 3
