- • Bad staff, slow. When checking in, they brought a very bad friend to get information, speaking unclearly, mumbling, talking to guests while grinning and biting their fingers. When I asked for information, they didn't answer and changed the subject. I had to shout and request a different person, then another guy came out and quickly processed it for me. Such a big hotel but hiring a receptionist with such a bad attitude. It seems like being slow and having a bad attitude is genetic or something, the whole staff is slow and has the same attitude. I paid at the hotel and they had already charged my card, when I asked for a refund, they said it would take 2 months (no other resort holds guests' card money for 2 months like this hotel). After that, I emailed to ask about the refund status, but no one replied to my emails. Will I get a refund or lose that money? It seems like having a bad attitude and being slow is the signature of this 5-star hotel.

- • The meal seemed to be Western-style, and it would be nice if the hot water in the bathroom could come out better.
Good vacation but not perfect
This is my third time returning to the resort because I like it here. Friendly staff, especially receptionist Nhung, beautiful scenery, good location. Still a perfect 10 for the beauty of the Resort.

- • As I traveled in a group of 4 people with many kids, I called the reception once the booking was successful to note the request for a room close to the reception and to add 2 extra beds for the kids, to be paid upon check-in. I also sent an email requesting the check-in time, and I noted the information and asked for the wedding anniversary setup. However, upon check-in, the bed setup was not done, and the receptionist had no information??? Does the customer's phone request have any action, and sending information via email for service confirmation also had no action and no response? It took more than 1 hour to change the room due to the extra beds, and the request for the Anniversary setup was not fulfilled. The family was placed far from the dining area due to the missed information, and we have many kids, which was inconvenient for moving around, especially if the area behind the house was developed. My friend called 3 times for a 30-minute electric car to go to dinner, the waiting time was really long, making you unhappy. This return visit, I tried to arrange everything perfectly, but everything was not good, making me dissatisfied with the service. Mercure Da Lat will not be a priority for my next visit. The breakfast buffet was reduced and not as rich as before, especially the cake section, even though the room rate was not cheap.

Quiet space, full of flowers. Very suitable for relaxation, enjoying the cool weather of Da Lat in the middle of the hot season.
