The price is of course not cheap, so the value for money is a bit weak but the room itself is very good
The view is very good. After pulling up the curtains, you can see very far away, overlooking the entire city area of Jeju Island

- • The day before leaving, there was a little water dripping from the roof. It may be the refrigerant pipe of the air conditioner. It's not a big problem because it drips in the corner and does not affect our daily routine. Also, I would like to mention that the parking spaces are not numbered, so it often takes a while to find your parked car when going down

Highly recommended
Gorgeous view, very comfortable beds, the best layout I’ve seen yet for a hotel room. Especially like that the toilet is in a separate room with a real door rather than the silly glass or sliding doors you see do often.

Good location, staff are a bit hit and miss
Really good location. Whoever is in charge of the music, is doing an excellent job! Overall, the hotel is comfortable and super convenient. Great facilities - indoor pool and spa onsite were good. Lots of dining options on site.

- • Staff were on occasion quite disinterested. Upon check in at the main reception, we were told our room wasn’t ready and to go up to the lounge to wait for a few hours before coming back down to check in. When we got to the lounge a few minutes later, Rosie (an absolute delight) was only too happy to check us in!
Initially got a room with a smell of smoke, but after reporting it to the front desk, they immediately helped to change the room. The service attitude was very good
