Disappointing room placement and poor customer service.

- • Very poor hospitality for a Hyatt hotel. I was assigned a noisy room on the 1st floor with no privacy. On top of that, I literally had to beg the staff every single day just to get an extra bottle of water. Extremely disappointing service
Great stop after traveling from NYC to Izmir before heading to Cesme
Beautiful and situated right next to the mall at Istenye park

Everything was very nice, the hotel was very clean and the staff was very good. I would like to thank all the employees, especially the restaurant team, starting with Vahid, Karla and Pelin. Karla was always very helpful, caring, very cheerful, and kind to us.
