The dinner at the Brasserie was very good. Drinks in the garden outside the lounge bar were enjoyable. Location was good

- • Rooms need a refurbishment. Old and very tired. TV did not work but was fixed within 24 hours. No smart TV which I would expect in a hotel charging these room rates. No complimentary water. No value for money

Nice hotel in the city center, it's beautiful and has potential. Large room with a very comfortable king-size bed, well-stocked breakfast.

- • The staff, although nice, is very poorly organized both at breakfast and at the Brasserie Goeie Louisa. On the terrace or at dinner, everything takes hours and they go back and forth without serving or looking after the customers.
