Classic but welcoming hotel, with a particularly efficient concierge service. Its location near the Massimo theater makes it a preferred site. The hotel is just a few steps from one of the most renowned streets in Palermo for the presence of famous commercial brands.

A historic place suspended between history and reality!
The reception staff (especially Vito) Kindness, discretion, professionalism, always attentive and always ready for any need. Excellent quality of food at breakfast. A magical, historical, and welcoming place well maintained.

- • The famous internal bookstore was unfortunately closed to the public for renovations. The tea selection in the room should be equal to that of breakfast, given the room level (instead, the tea in the room is commercially available from the supermarket, while the breakfast tea is excellent quality). Excellent availability of water in the room (3 bottles). I'm sorry that there is no gift upon departure; it would be nice to have something typical, but even branded water would be fine, the hotel level allows it.
