The Best of Milan - Great hotel, Great location.
Excellent experience. Hotel was clean and staff was unbelievably friendly. They knew us by name after check-in and every time we came or went they greeted us like we were family. Room was very clean and housekeeping was prompt and efficient. We also really enjoyed their chocolates they routinely left in the evenings. Hotel has a fabulous location. Right next to the local train and steps from fabulous shopping and Duomo. Hotel restaurant was also a treat. Highly recommend and will return.

Excellent Breakfast Experience at Caruso Although our stay at the Grand Hotel et de Milan is not yet complete, I would like to recognize the outstanding hospitality we have received at Caruso. Each morning, breakfast has been a highlight of our stay. The quality of the food, the elegant atmosphere, and most importantly the professionalism and friendliness of the staff have been exceptional. A special thank you to Mr. Ivano Quaini, Restaurant Manager, whose attention to guests and dedication to service are clearly reflected in the entire team. He made us feel genuinely welcome and contributed greatly to our first visit to Milan. We look forward to enjoying the rest of our stay and would gladly recommend Caruso to anyone visiting Milan. Porter at the door when I arrived. Check in fast and hassle free, I had the pleasure of being welcomed by Mr.Donati, Front of House Director, who was very courteous and charming. My room was immaculate, clean and In order with is a must. Concierge very kindly recommended places to visit. On my way back in, I decided to stop for an aperitif in the most elegant bar, a most relaxing moment with service perfect. What can I say, my stay was perfect in every way.
