The terrace church and swimming pool on the fifth floor are very beautiful at night with the embellishment of lights! This time, we arranged to use the sauna, swimming pool, and other facilities (the staff were very attentive). The sauna facilities are clean and tidy, and the swimming pool is divided into zones so that adults who swim can relax and children who play in the water can have fun in suitable areas. The room we arranged this time was on a higher floor with a good view.

- • For breakfast, we enjoyed the Island Restaurant on the second floor, which was the most anticipated part of this trip. The restaurant is very considerate in reducing portion sizes so that everyone can taste more items. We arrived around 9 o'clock, which was a bit late, so the dishes were a bit messy! Also, there was no coffee left in the American coffee! It could have been removed, otherwise, guests would feel a bit disappointed if they had to walk to get it and end up not getting any. Next time we know to go early to enjoy it.
Luxury Stay
This is our second stay at HiLai, and we loved it just as much as the first time. The property is new and clean. The staff are professional and helpful. The buffet is fantastic with Western and Asian options that are replenished regularly and kept fresh. Our favorite feature is the perfectly heated pool that is immaculate and excellent for both swimming laps and leisure. No swim cap required!!

- • We don’t love the location in Nangang but LaLaPort offers a variety of dining and shopping options. It’s also conveniently located near the Nangang HSR that makes it easy to get around the island.
