The hotel is magnificent and the service was truly up to our expectations. The heated pool is superb and, as we were off-season, we were lucky to enjoy it mostly alone. A real pleasure! The 'Grand Club' reservation also offers access to a private room where a small snack is served in the evening, a very appreciated touch. In short, a fantastic stay that we loved!

Our entire stay was incredible. The staff were extremely hospitable and helpful from the moment we stepped onto the property. In terms of 4 or 5 star hotels within city limits, this has been our absolute favorite. The hotel itself is very clean, new, and beautifully designed. There were so many options at the breakfast buffet it was almost overwhelming, but each item we tried was amazing (especially the freshly cooked memelas!!). The pool and hot tubs are in a little bit of a weird location, but I love the bar setup next to it and it's a covered area so you can still enjoy it on rainy days.
