A very satisfying Cancun hotel
The response of all the staff members was very good, very kind, and pleasant. In particular, the response of a Japanese concierge named Yukiko was excellent. The facilities were overall clean, and the location was good. It was a hotel that I would like to visit again.

- • As a disappointing point, although not significant, if I had to mention something, it would be that the water in the shared toilet on the first floor was not flowing, so I had to return to my room to use the toilet, which was a bit disappointing.
