- • Room Big party with very loud bass/music until late at night. Not cool that we were not informed/moved rooms. We drove tired home the next day, as we did not sleep at night. Sauna Disappointing that they do not consider that many people do not go naked in the sauna. Should be voluntary - so the sauna could not be used unless you want to sit naked with a bunch of old men.

- • reception, cold, unfriendly
It was pretty good and decent.
Location was very good. However, we expected them to be more customer friendly and encouraging. Especially, if you are having 2 rooms for 7 days. Breakfast to be more wide especially when you are 5 star hotel and charging around 300 Euros per night.

A completely wonderful stay
We felt very comfortable at the Grand Élysée. Our room was spacious, bright, and very comfortable - you can tell that everything was really thought of, which you need for a pleasant stay. We particularly liked how naturally welcome we were even with a dog. The location is perfect for this: parks, the Alster, and Planten un Blomen are practically right outside the door, so you immediately have beautiful walking opportunities with a dog. The breakfast offering really left nothing to be desired - very diverse, high quality, and a nice start to the day. The entire team was consistently very friendly, attentive, and pleasantly unobtrusive and reserved. We really appreciate this kind of service.

The Grand Elysee Hotel is absolutely
The Penthouse Suite was beautiful. Breakfast very varied. The location directly at the park is of course great.

- • We had dinner at the Brasserie. I had a better memory of the Brasserie. The food was not worthy of a Grand Elysee. The spinach could have come from Iglo, the mashed potatoes were really a mash, and the cod was absolutely tasteless. According to my granddaughter, the vegetarian bowl in her university canteen is much better. On my next stay at the Grand Elysee, I will not go to the Brasserie.
