- • No fridge in room. Should be fresh milk in room. Book afternoon tea for three people, should have served chutney with sausage roll looked sad by its self. No brown sugar in bowl Never came with drinks had to ask again. Something lacking with breakfast this morning not enough of choice, ie pastries and meats, staff lovely.

- • I was told to stay here by a friend and particularly to have a night cap in the observatory bar and although I had dress shorts and a shirt on they refused to serve me which I thought was petty that said I spoke to a chap called Niall and he spoke to his manager and he arranged for my wife and I to go to the bar before we left and gave us a couple of free cocktails and he and his staff could not have been nicer thanks Jake

Fleadh weekend
Stayed 2 nights for the Fleadh and had a brilliant time. The service from all the staff was great and food was delicious. The children playing the instruments down in the lobby were amazing and the music upstairs was brilliant too. We’ll definitely be back to stay for the Fleadh next year

The receptionist Niall, was friendly on approach his advice and helpful was second to none, he couldn't do enough for you. The Manager Jake was excellent made are stay there comfortable and enjoyable. He also made a fuss of me when he found out it was my birthday. That little touch ment a lot. The rest of the staff from servers to bar people were all friendly and happy to see you. I would highly recommend this hotel. The location is city centre and so close to everything you need. I and my family will be back again.

- • Didn’t have any towels in bathroom. Only one cup in room and no milk . Service was very poor in restaurant
