It’s a great hotel with great rooms and very comfortable. Unfortunately, the difference in the atmosphere from the staff from the previous time was quite frustrating. The staff was fantastic the first time we stayed, but unfortunately the second time we were first put into a room with no signal, WiFi, nothing, the TV nor our phones would work. We rang down using the room phone, which then the staff had told us yes, we have complaints about that room all the time with that and I was sort of like okay and quite stunned and confused. She said she would ring back and then nothing for 40 minutes, we tried ringing down, no answer and then a staff member appeared to take us to a new room. We were appreciative of this and in the new room tried to order food on which was slightly later than the main menu closed and changed to a snack menu due to the change in rooms and overall confusion of what was going on and why we were out in tia. Room known to get complaints and nothing to then work, due to this we did ask for two menu items off the main menu and were told no which we accept but thought under the circumstances and due to the reason why. Overall the change from the first time to the second was so strange and hopefully we just had bad luck other than those issues it’s a great hotel in a great location and great rooms bar one

Great stay. Highly recommend
Excellent clean hotel. Staff were lovely and pleasant. Room was spotless. The bed was very comfortable. Beautiful breakfast.

- • Disappointing that room service out of hours only had cold sandwiches. Some hot food options would have been lovely during our stay.
