- • In the room, there was a strong smell of the detergent used that was not good. Also, the window was partially covered and not very clean when opened
Paid almost $1400 for 3 nights with no breakfast- this place isn’t worth it!!!

- • It’s not a 5-star hotel. The room has many issues- like a broken coffee machine, a toilet that won’t flush anything, and uncomfortable pillows. The gym is extremely hot, and they won’t turn on the AC unless you ask them, and after that, it takes time to cool it down.
Awesome hotel!
We loved our stay at this breathtaking hotel. After months of seeing pictures online, it was amazing to actually experience it in person. Our room was comfortable, and we loved the high ceiling. The terrace restaurant was excellent. Best of all was the super helpful, friendly staff who went the extra mile for us over and over. Thank you Yael and Sarai!!

Alejandro was an amazing waiter and made our stay at this amazing hotel. We met all the waiters and waitresses, and I will say I will return to this amazing hotel for the service and the friendly people working here!

The hotel was wonderful, the staff were amazing and always willing to help sort out any problem for us. The view over the Zocalo was brilliant. The location of the hotel made it easy to access the main tourist sites. The building was always peaceful and calm, such a wonderful place, and nothing stuffy about it either. Breakfast was plentiful in volume and variety.

- • The wait staff in the dining room were a curious mix - mostly friendly and helpful but some with a rather poor attitude. (The views were great however)
