Maravillosa ubicación para unas vacaciones en Palma!
Hotel excepcional. El hotel es luminoso y cómodo con un personal fabuloso en todo momento. Desde el momento en que nos registramos, nos hicieron sentir como si fuéramos amigos de todo el personal. ¡Cuidado con el barman Lucas! ¡Es increíble! La ubicación es hermosa y las habitaciones limpias y espaciosas. Y la piscina no necesita palabras. Todo sobre nuestra corta estancia fue perfecto.

- • Sentí que el menú para cenar es bastante restrictivo y a veces caro. Estuvimos 7 noches y cenamos en el restaurante principal la mayoría de las noches; pedimos una ensalada pequeña en nuestra última noche, que al llegar era bastante básica. Nos cobraron 18 euros, no valió la pena realmente.

Hotel excepcional en todos los aspectos.
No puedo alabar este hotel lo suficiente. El maravilloso personal que fue amable, servicial, conocedor y disponible para todo lo que necesitábamos. La comida en el desayuno buffet era fabulosa, deliciosa y bellamente presentada. El hotel en general y la habitación estaban impecablemente limpios y el servicio de habitaciones fue impecable.

Espectacular, tranquilo y cómodo. Para repetir
All the staff are a 10 from reception to the pool bar. The room is very comfortable, large, perfect with a terrace and spectacular views of the cathedral and the bay of Palma. The two outdoor pools are huge spaces, with areas to sit in the shade, quiet, saltwater, ... a 10. The spa is very well maintained and spacious. It's a place you don't want to leave the hotel. They had several details with us that pleasantly surprised us and that other hotels of the same category do not have. Highly valued. We will return because it has been 4 fantastic days. Ahhh the wagyu burger with ensaimada from the pool bar was delicious.

- • We liked everything. The hotel is not in the center but you can reach it by taxi in 10 minutes. It's worth it for how quiet it is, the facilities and gardens, the comfort and the friendliness of the staff. A 10

- • No hot water in the room. Price/quality does not match at all. I paid 400 euros per night for an outdated room.
