A Timeless Heritage Stay with Heartfelt Service
We stayed at the Goodwood Park Hotel and booked three Parklane Split Level Studio rooms. Since our flight arrived early in the morning, we were worried about check-in, but front desk staff Ong Ziyi was incredibly patient and professional, helping us sort everything out with genuine care. That first impression really set the tone for a wonderful stay. The rooms were comfortable and well-designed, and the entire team was warm, welcoming, and polite throughout our visit. The hotel itself is elegant and full of old-world charm — a true century-old heritage establishment. Its location is excellent, with easy access to dining and attractions, making it ideal for family trips. This was not our first time in Singapore, and we have chosen to stay here on several occasions. If you love history, culture, and a hotel with real character, this is the place for you. We will gladly return.

Very satisfied, would like to stay again.
The location was good, convenient. The building and rooms had a nice atmosphere. The garden and pool were also beautiful. The staff was kind.

- • The fact that there are no covered walkways from the Parklane suites, and the buggy service is rather sporadic and takes a long time
1. The location is good, close to the business district, convenient for eating and shopping, not far from the subway and bus stops; 2. Upgraded to a suite, the area is quite large and relatively quiet; 3. The air conditioning is very quiet; 4. Liked the ceiling fan in the room.

- • 1. Housekeeping was a bit of a problem. There were not enough towels every day, either lacking hand towels or bath towels, we had to call to request them. 2. The cleanliness was average. During our 5-night stay, the beddings were not changed, and there was visible dust on the bedside table. 3. Most staff were friendly and helpful, but there were also some strange ones. For example, a female server in the breakfast room always had a poker face when collecting plates, even when I thanked her each time, she remained expressionless. 4. The breakfast was monotonous, with too few varieties, and almost no change in 5 days.
The hotel sets a very high standard. It's very traditional, like a Gentlemen's Club, and everything is done to order. The staff are extremely courteous and respectful. The food is superb and the swimming pool is first class. We enjoyed our spacious apartment and can't wait to return.
