- • The windows don't open; Weak water flow in the shower and it doesn't heat up well. Breakfast is well served, but with little gluten-free variety; Room service is poor, as I needed a spoon and had to go down because there wasn't enough staff to bring it to the room; One of the reception guys who assisted me on my arrival and when extending the reservation needs training to deal with the public.
