- • No patio furniture outside our room and designated smoking area although appreciated was situated to far from the rooms and too close to public footpath.

- • A bit noisy from traffic, I found the heater a bit hard to work out, and Sky channels didn't work for us. The owner very considerate offered us a reduced rate but we refused as the price was already good. And the problems were minimal, and possibly just us not operating things coercion correctly.
Location was great, close to town centre, had everything we needed, our host was lovely, thank you for having us :)

Awesome location - close to shops etc. Very quiet even though so close to road. Lovely and warm and impeccably clean. Very comfortable big bed. Excellent hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

The not so good things were only small. It was roomy, exceptionally clean and had great kitchen facilities.

- • Bed a little hard (but not terrible!) - I am just used to softer. Bit hard to get warm but it was very cold weather. Bathroom got very steamy when we had showers which then made surfaces a bit wet.
