- • The breakfast was a huge disappointment. We’re pretty sure the kitchen must be under some form of reconstruction. For a hotel of this size, location and price range, this can hardly be their regular option. The eggs and sausage was cold, and at that price, even in Denmark we would expect a lot better quality. However: Looking at pictures and reading previous reviews we’re quite certain this can’t be the normal situation

- • Cleanliness was not great - drinking cups still had dirt on them when I first checked in; also found a couple of hairs in the toilet/shower even after housekeeping had made up the room and they did not bother to wash the used cups or clear the shower drain of dirt and hair. Staff service was lukewarm at best - when I tried to check in at 2pm the staff refused to let me check in early unless I wrote a review about the hotel first, which did not make sense to me at all since it would not be honest to review a room before I had even step foot in it. Obviously the room was already ready but they did not bother to offer it to me unless I wrote the review for them.
It was clean and comfortable.
I participated in a conference at COEX, and the access was good. The room was clean, and the daily cleaning was good.
