Very nicely renovated old building, modern kitchen, very comfortable double bed. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the landlord responded very quickly to questions. Very uncomplicated check-in/check-out and great location. Particularly good in summer, as the apartment stays cool on the ground floor. The landlord requires a deposit, which was fully refunded one week after we moved out.
