Pleasant stay
Overall, I had a pleasant stay. The staff were consistently friendly courteous and helpful throughout my visit. A special mention goes to Simran, who handled the changes to my booking promptly and efficiently making the process seamless. There were however few areas that could be improved. The hot water was only lukewarm rather than properly hot and the air conditioner and fan controls were not functioning as expected, which affected the overall comfort of the room. Additionally, although my booking changes were processed quickly the information did not appear to have been communicated to the rest of the reception team and I was asked to reconfirm the changes on a couple of occasions. Despite these minor issues the hospitality and professionalism of the staff made for an enjoyable experience and I would consider staying here again.

Never stay at this property and waste your money
Very old property but they are charging like a five star hotel also the amenities are like a small guest house ….you need to wait at the reception for 20 minutes for check in and the staff is least bothered about the guests

It was a wonderful and a very comfortable stay. Special thanks to Mr. Aditya, Ms. Annee and Ms. Ritika for their excellent hospitality. They were very kind and generous. Must stay!!!

Memorable Stay
Had a great stay with my daughter, clean room, very warm and helpful colleagues - special mention to Sameer from F&B and Anne from Front Desk. Looking forward to come back sometime again soon.
