Beautiful lake views & a comfortable stay
The view of Lake Titicaca from our room was fantastic. The amenities in the room were very good too. They had a kettle too which was very useful. The staff were very friendly & helpful.

- • Cold, fireplaces off, poorly maintained spa, employee on the phone with very loud sound in the spa, very expensive restaurant, few choices for snacks.
Excellent view of Lake Titicaca, good walking trail and very comfortable stay.

We received a free upgrade to a suite with a gigantic beautiful view of the lake. The breakfast including the breakfast room is really very nice. The bed is super comfortable. Price-performance in our case outstanding.

- • The hotel is showing its age. The location on a private island is very nice, but for example, you cannot call an Uber to the hotel. You have to leave the premises, then it's possible. However, trips to the hotel are possible. The Wifi is very poor.

- • What didn't work well was the ventilation in the room. The air temperature could not be regulated and it was too hot.
