- • Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was quite disappointing. The cleanliness left much to be desired. The bathroom had visible mold in the grout, dirty tiles, corners accumulating dirt, and a completely peeling mirror. The lack of maintenance and basic hygiene care is evident. In the room, the structure is old and shows no signs of proper maintenance. The door does not open correctly due to a defective handle, the TV is not smart, and despite the room being for a couple, only one single duvet was provided, which was also stained with bleach. There was also no liquid soap for hand hygiene, only two small bar soaps. There was an unpleasant situation at check-in. While we were being assisted by a polite and courteous staff member, another receptionist constantly interfered in the conversation, interrupted the service, took a document from the colleague's hands inappropriately, visibly making her uncomfortable, and unnecessarily interfered in the guests' conversations. The hotel provides parking, but it is in a courtyard across the street, without coverage, and the automatic gate was broken, requiring manual operation. The room door is not opened with a card but with keys, and if you lose the key, a fee of R$200.00 is charged. Breakfast had few options, and the available options were of poor quality. Considering the price charged, a better-maintained environment with better upkeep was expected. I have stayed in hotels in the same price range with much superior quality.
