We were at the hotel for the third time. Everything was excellent. Starting from the reception, we received a warm welcome with a very good attitude and continued interest. Everything was fine. Later on, we enjoyed all the services. Finally, the receptionist was very kind and welcoming, really pleasant. We will definitely come back. Thank you very much.

Upgraded to a room with a balcony and a great lake view. The hotel is clean, the service is exceptional, and the food is excellent. Everything was great.

- • The pool area is great right on the lake, but the pool itself is small for the number of people. The same goes for the beach, the swimming area is very small. The TV is not smart and has limited channels.

- • The prices are a bit expensive inside the hotel. In my opinion, more shading solutions are needed for the pool area.
