- • The lighting in the bedroom is like a prison. The beds are very hard, my back hurt. There were no towel hooks or buckets, so we had to throw the towels on the floor. The food in the restaurants was surprisingly inedible. They even managed to ruin the omelette for breakfast, not to mention the ribeye steak - that's a whole other story.

Everything. The view from our room was breathtaking, the friendliness of the staff made us feel very welcome, Sanjay’s yoga classes were a great experience (morning and night). A special shout out to the spa team - the member of staff on reception was extremely patient with us and helped us book and rebook our spa appointments and our yoga classes. Unfortunately I didn’t catch her name

- • There is only one breakfast restaurant. The menu changes slightly every day but it's too simple. The room lighting is a bit dim. The minibar is free once during the stay, but it only includes 2 sparkling waters, 2 Pocari Sweats, and 4 mini dry snacks. There is nothing around, the lobby is humid and hot.

This was my second stay at Fusion Resort & Villas Da Nang, and this time I returned with my children. It was every bit as wonderful as I remembered. The resort is beautiful, spacious and exceptionally well maintained, with a peaceful atmosphere despite having so much to do. Our suite was fantastic, particularly the private plunge pool, and the daily spa treatments were a real highlight. Breakfast was excellent, with a huge choice and very good quality food. We also loved the beach, pools, tennis, paddle boarding, restaurants and live music. What really sets Fusion apart, though, is the staff. The service felt genuinely warm and personal, and I was incredibly touched that some team members remembered me from my previous stay. Nothing felt forced or transactional. We felt very well looked after throughout our five nights. It became the highlight of our Vietnam trip, and my children now understand exactly why I wanted to bring them here.
