Extremely enjoyable stay in a great hotel and it is kept in immaculate condition.
The property is ideally situated , close enough to the city lights but also on the beach. We had our butler Hue who was always asking if he could do anything to help us, a wonderful guy. The grounds are immaculate though very shaded, sun worshippers might miss out on some rays staying in the grounds. There are a few sunbeds on the beach also but not so many it is crowded. The restaurants are pleasant and the bar with evening entertainment was wonderful. The villa we had was magnificent, they are very large and spacious and extremely clean and well kept.

Lovely relaxing
We had a Sapphire Villa. There was plenty of space, close to the beach, fantastic private pool. The breakfast was superb.

- • Charging extra for such things as washing dishes ($500,000 Vietnamese dong) crazy expensive for something that is included in every other villa I have stayed at.

It's a very good accommodation, but next time I will try somewhere different...
The room was spacious and very comfortable. The pool was large enough for a family of four to enjoy and was satisfying. When I consulted with the butler about a problem, he responded immediately and was very helpful. The other staff members were also very kind.

- • At check-in, there were band-aids and plastic cup lids under the door and chairs, giving the impression that the cleaning was not thorough. It may be unavoidable due to the abundant nature, but there were many ants walking on the bed, and my daughter refused to sleep in that bed. Upon closer inspection, there were many small ants on the washbasin, sofa, and other places. I guess it can't be helped.
Spending New Year's Eve abroad for the first time was amazing.
The staff's service was excellent. We had a great time with our elderly parents and the whole family.

- • The water facilities were poor, there were 3 baths but we could only get hot water in order.
A nice villa but could do with a little upgrade of furniture and beds
The villa was spacious, clean, and bright, the pool was a bonus although a little cold, the staff were very friendly and helpful and attended to all our needs. We had problems with the plumbing and it was attended to immediately on reporting.

- • The beds were very hard and it felt like the mattresses needed replacing. The price for the pickleball was very expensive and I thought it should be included in the price of the villa.
