We stayed at Saphire Villa. There was plenty of space, close to the beach, fantastic private pool. The breakfast was superb

- • Charging extra for things like washing dishes ($500,000 Vietnamese dong) is crazy expensive for something that is included in every other villa I have stayed at.

It is a very good accommodation, but next time I will try a different place...
The room was spacious and very comfortable. The pool had enough space for a family of four to play and was satisfying. When I consulted the butler about a problem, they responded immediately, which was very helpful. The other staff members were also very kind.

- • During check-in, there were band-aids and plastic cup lids under the door and chairs, giving the impression that the cleaning was not thorough. It may be unavoidable due to the rich nature, but there were many ants walking on the bed, and my daughter refused to sleep on that bed. Upon closer inspection, there were many small ants on the washbasin, sofa, and various other places. I guess it can't be helped.
Spending New Year's Eve abroad for the first time was amazing.
The staff's service was excellent. We had a very enjoyable time with our elderly parents and the whole family.

- • The water system was not good, there were three baths, but we could only get hot water in order.
A nice villa but could benefit from a slight upgrade of furniture and beds
The villa was spacious, clean, and bright. The pool was a bonus, although a little cold. The staff were very friendly and helpful, attending to all our needs. We had plumbing problems that were immediately addressed upon reporting.

- • The beds were very hard, and it felt like the mattresses needed replacing. The price for pickleball was very expensive, and we thought it should be included in the villa's price.
