- • During breakfast and dinner, some staff members did not wear masks. When serving dishes, they talked over the food and saliva got in. At dinner at Fu Yue Lou, although the service staff's clothing gives a tropical vacation vibe and is not tucked in, when serving dishes, they did not turn the lazy Susan around and had to bend down to take the dishes from the other side, resulting in their clothes touching the new dishes to be served, raising concerns about hygiene. This indicates insufficient employee training or perhaps it should not be judged by the standards of a five-star hotel 🤔
