- • There was no air conditioning. Bed awkwardly placed and impractical for a couple.

- • These owners will go to extremes to avoid human contact. I had to call 5 times before anyone would answer the phone. The line which was supposed to be for English calls was answered with a Norwegian recording. Elevator is advertised, but does not go to the top floor, where we were assigned. No favors or changes can be requested from a computer. Even if you are on an elevator floor, there are 2 sets of steps you must negotiate. No staff means no help. Completely unusable for people with many kinds of handicaps.
