- • There are eight electric car parking spaces set up, but without effective management, they are all occupied by regular fuel cars, leading to the embarrassing situation where electric car owners arrive at the hotel but cannot find a parking space or charging point.

- • On the night of check-in, an abnormality was found in the drain cover of the washbasin. Please have the staff come up to inspect. The attitude over the phone was not very good. When they came up, the master and the staff directly entered the room with shoes on to check, which was felt unhygienic. After all, it's not a cheap hotel, so more attention may be needed on these small details.
