No compassion or customer orientation
Due to private circumstances, I accidentally booked a room for the wrong date. I only noticed this at check-in and when I mentioned it and explained the situation, unfortunately, there was no consideration for my situation. I did not even receive a partial refund or any other compensation. What I find extra disappointing is that I then had to book two additional rooms for the correct date. Despite booking with them again and incurring extra costs, there was no form of compassion. This unfortunately gives me the feeling that customer satisfaction is not a priority here and that it is mainly about making money. Very unfortunate and absolutely not a customer-friendly experience.

- • Booked an apartment for 3 adults but there was only a double bed, so no bed or sofa bed for the 3rd person.
Pleasant apartment hotel in a superb location in the city center with parking garage.
It is an apartment hotel with breakfast as an option. Having breakfast in the area is much more enjoyable and cheaper.
