- • The air conditioning at the room is not working properly. With summer weather in Dusseldorf at 37 degree, it is hard to sleep without air conditioning. The room’s air conditioning is still showing 27 degree after turning on A/C for 5 hours already. The room is a bit too hot to sleep at night.

- • had problems with check-in and the girl at the reception desk, who was complaining about my handwriting and how she cannot understand anything. not helpful at all. room was not ready for check-in at 3pm. had to wait for a while and then was given a studio instead of a suite that I booked and payed for originally. had to solve this myself with the front desk which was time and energy consuming. the rest of staff were good.
