A luxurious and unforgettable stay with exceptional service and amazing staff from arrival to departure.

The property was absolutely luxurious and beautiful. The villa was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The service was excellent, and the staff were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the stay. The airport pickup and farewell service were also very organized and welcoming, which made the whole experience even more special. The atmosphere was relaxing, and the facilities were outstanding. Everything exceeded expectations.

Marvelous stay I can't wait to repeat.

Thank you for your quick response, the stay at Four Seasons did not meet my expectation, because they charge me even for dental ket !!! Every request is charged from them and when i asked why they said its private villa An employee name Jousef was not helpful and he don't have customer service skills I want my complain to reach booking customer service & the resort customer service i need a reply. L’hôtel est sublime! Un havre de sérénité et de calme . Les jardins sont magnifiques, de la beauté partout où le regard se pose. Le personnel est aux petits soins et d’une gentillesse remarquable , merci à Hussein d’avoir organisé cette escapade . Nous avons pu avoir un Check out tardif ce qui nous a permis de profiter de ce cadré jusqu’au bout ! Le petit déjeuner est très bon , et très varié , dans un cadre enchanteur. Le chalet était parfait, très confortable et bien situé. La plage et le récif de corail permet de faire du snorkling sur place ce qui est un vrai plus . Le spa est magnifique, l’espace fitness bien fourni , le cour de yoga était très ressourçant. Vraiment une escapade parfaite grâce à tout cela ! Nous reviendrons

Exception service & facilities, but food could be better

The service was really exceptional and the best of the whole experience! The apartment was perfect for a family of 4, Hussein made sure we were well comfortable and picked us up at the airport- he even went out of his way to get us croissants for the kids. The service of all the staff at the hotel was incredible, especially the service of the staff at Luna pool- they went above and beyond to make sure our kids were happy and even out a towel on the floor to ensure my baby doesn’t crawl on the floor. So thoughtful! The hotel facilities were great, the house reefs were beautiful, the buggie drivers were all wonderful and so kind to my son who wanted to drive. The two heated pools are perfect for families and kids, it is a nice touch to provide free water by the pool. We all had a wonderful holiday, my son is already asking when we can go back.

I recently stayed at the Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh in one of the residential villas/chalets and it was an exceptional experience. What we loved most was the space and privacy. The villa felt like a home away from home, with generous living areas, a beautiful outdoor space, and a private pool that made it perfect for relaxing in peace. The views of the Red Sea were stunning, especially at sunset. The service was outstanding throughout. The staff were attentive, friendly, and always on hand without being intrusive, which really elevated the whole stay. We also received excellent communication from the host, who arranged airport pick-up and was very responsive throughout. When we wanted to extend our stay by an extra night, he kindly offered us a discounted rate, which was a lovely gesture and showed great customer service. The resort itself is beautifully maintained, with lush gardens, multiple pools, and direct access to a stunning beach with clear water and amazing snorkelling. There were plenty of dining options, all offering high-quality food and a great atmosphere. The spa facilities were another highlight, with a sauna, steam room, and an outdoor jacuzzi — perfect for unwinding and adding to the overall relaxing experience.

Fantastic Hotel, Great service and location.

The Hotel is first class, the restaurants are excellent and food is wonderful. The facilities and all of the staff are superb, you could not ask for a better Hotel and attention to detail.
