What can be expected from a five-star hotel and not beyond
Excellent hotel, although our room was a bit furnished. The flow in the shower was dreamy, the bed was comfortable. Everything you can expect from a five-star hotel

- • Since our simple room cost more than double a suite in the second most expensive hotel in Prague, we arrived with high expectations that were not entirely met. At this price, I could have stayed in much better hotels in the world. There was no feeling of special generosity and goodwill. We received everything a hotel at this level should provide, but nothing beyond. Examples - there was a small chocolate on the marble in the room. We left money on it. The breakfast was fine, but far from the culinary level that would justify its price. We approached the receptionist with a question about a specific attraction. Instead of helping us book it, he sent us to the internet. Instead of the hotel's transportation service being free or discounted, it was much more expensive than an external taxi. There are truly many examples. It's not that there was a problem, it seems we just got used to better service in other places.

Enjoyable stay
Özellikle eski kent merkezinde bulunması, bu bölgeyi gezmek istiyorsanız gayet iyi bir yer. Charles Köprüsü'ne yakın ve otelin restoranlarından nehir manzarası görüyorsunuz. Ancak odalarda bu manzara mevcut değil. Şehrin diğer kısmına gitmek için 1-1.5 kilometre kadar yürümek gerekiyor. Prag yürümek için güzel bir şehir olduğundan keyifli bir gezinti oluyor. Bunun dışında otele yakın tramvay ve otobüs durakları da var. Otelin en iyi yanı personeli belki de. Sürekli sizinle ilgileniyorlar, bir eksiğiniz olup olmadığını sürekli kontrol ediyorlar. Restorandan kapı görevlisine kadar bu böyle. Benim odam ikinci kattaydı, penceresinden restoran görünüyordu ve değiştirilmesini istedim. Daha üst segmentten, en üst katta bir odayı aynı fiyata ayarladılar. Bunun dışında spadan, masaj hizmetinden mutlaka yararlanmanızı tavsiye ederim. Çok güzel bir masaj yaptırdım. Terapist de işini gayet iyi biliyordu. Odaların temizliği çok dikkatle yapılıyor. En ufak bir kusur bulamıyorsunuz. Akşamları da yeniden gelip kontrol ediyorlar, eksik varsa gideriyorlar.

- • Don't expect a very high breakfast. It's a pretty average breakfast for this hotel. I've seen much better breakfasts at very good small hotels. Besides, I went at the end of August, but the temperatures drop in the evenings. I got cold in the room at night. The air conditioning didn't do a great job of heating. I spent the next days with a cold.
Dream holiday. It was a perfect holiday experience.
First of all, the location was very good. The staff was incredibly good. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hotel's restaurant was very nice. The atmosphere, ambiance, and presentation of the food were very good. It was my birthday when we entered the hotel. On the first day, champagne, the most delicious chocolate cake I've ever eaten, and a very polite celebration letter arrived in the room. The next day, we were very tired outside, but a chilled bottle of champagne and a cheese plate were waiting for us in the room. I can't really describe it in words, it was probably the best birthday I've ever had. Apart from the cake they sent to the room, they also offered a small cake in the restaurant. Thank you for everything.
