Not at all upto our expectations from a Four Seasons hotel
We were surprised that the four seasons hotel is of such poor quality.

- • The carpet in the room had what seems to be pet pee stains. In some areas parts of the carpet was carved out and replaced. The rooms was damp and the pillows smelled poor / musky

Best family trip at an elegant top-notch Four Seasons
The hotel is run superbly by the staff from check-in to the Concierge Dimitri, Henry, Veronica to servers Rosalie, Evelyn, Emma, Melanie, Stefan, & Aisha at Marcus and Marcus lounge. Drinks and eats unbelievable. The rooms are perfection. Location fantastic. We will return! Sad to leave.

- • Across the street from the hotel's main entrance is a large undeveloped area without any decoration, which is unbecoming of a top-tier hotel.

Wonderful Experience!
Our stay at the Four Seasons in Montreal was our first Four Seasons experience. I will say it did not disappoint. The staff (from the front desk to the doormen) were incredibly friendly, they remembered our names and who we were. We are a family of 6 and they treated us warmly the entire time. It was our son's birthday and they had a special treat for him waiting in the room. The rooms were incredibly clean and comfortable. We would not have known anyone else was staying there while in our rooms, it was so quiet. The pool was very clean and perfect temperature. They had a sauna and steam room as well. Along with a very clean gym. The location was pretty good. Easy access to the metro. Walkable to fancy shops and food. We would love to be able to return. The brand is definitely not a usual stay for us budget-wise. But the value was definitely there. We now know why people are willing to spend that much money on a hotel. None of us wanted to leave.

Excellent service
I just wrapped up a three-night stay. The hotel is excellent all around. I was especially impressed with the great service with everyone we encountered. They were so accommodating to whatever we needed. I have stayed at many Four Seasons and this one impressed me. I would definitely return!
