From the moment of arrival, I felt a high level of luxury and genuine attention to guest comfort. The welcome was warm and professional, the organization was excellent, and all members of the team were extremely courteous, friendly, and dedicated to providing the best possible experience. The room was outstanding in every way; spacious, elegant, and beautifully designed with every detail carefully considered to ensure comfort and relaxation. The beautiful view of the Nile added a special touch of tranquility and made our stay even more enjoyable. The level of cleanliness throughout the hotel was exceptional, and the attention to detail was clearly visible everywhere.
