Our stay at Four Points by Sheraton Izmir unfortunately did not fully meet our expectations. We experienced serious issues, especially regarding the cleanliness of the room. The overall cleanliness and hygiene level of the room were below the hotel's standards. Additionally, the bed was quite uncomfortable for us, making it difficult to rest comfortably throughout the night. This situation negatively affected the comfort of our stay and our overall holiday experience. We were expecting a higher level of service and comfort standard from an international hotel brand like Four Points by Sheraton. Due to these issues, we expect the hotel management to address the situation.

Excellent hotel
Excellent! Everything was perfect from the moment of check-in - they welcomed us with Turkish tea/coffee and some sweets. The room was neat, clean, and spacious. The view is amazing. Breakfast was also really good, with many options! And the staff was super friendly. We had only a positive experience with this place and I would definitely recommend it to everyone, and I would come again!
