- • The breakfast menu and the average service at the venue. We have to ask for service to get cutlery all the time.
The receptionist had trouble with the reservation, the wifi password didn't work, but everything else was excellent.

A nice treat during a long trip!
It was SO nice to sleep in a cushy king-sized bed with heavy linens. I slept like a baby! I was on the roadside of the hotel, facing the [impressive] mall, but the traffic noise was easily drowned out by the fan. Breakfast was more than generous with lots of choices including tamales! The staff was super patient with my elementary Spanish and helped with transportation to my Airbnb [for a longer stay] when I had trouble with Uber.

Cuenca Wedding
We had a great experience here at the Four Points by Sheraton. We traveled from the USA for a wedding. The hotel is next to the Mall de Alto and within walking distance from restaurants and shops. The staff was very welcoming and the rooms were clean. The pool, gym, sauna, steam room, and hot tub were all welcome amenities. The restaurant in the hotel, Cooks, served fine dining meals. We were welcomed by Adriana and made to feel at home. Our bartender, Tito, was a professional mixologist who made the best Pisco Sour and Cañelazo's for us. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Cuenca!
