Fantastic hotel, amazing service, and excellent food
My second stay here and I really enjoyed it. The staff are amazing- each and every one of them. This is a hotel with a nice homely feel but with great facilities, cleanliness, and overall good vibes :) The location is perfect for exploring Fort Kochi (Also, they were so kind to upgrade my room and it was fabulous and cozy)

Best hotel ever!!!
One of the world’s best hotels!!! The staff is AMAZING! The rooms are fantastic, the pool is lovely. Don’t forget to have an Ayurvedic massage! The chef is extremely talented: I recommend alleppey fish curry, beef fry with coconut, and stew with appam. Again: the staff is extraordinarily friendly, kind, and caring. Their attention to detail, the way they take such care of the guests is unparalleled.

We had an issue with the room but the hotel staff went out of their way to accommodate as a five star should! Shout out to the manager for his kindness and courtesy
