- • I had never seen an accommodation where the owner is not even able to honor his word. I had noise problems in the room, a situation that was reported to him. The response was that the amount would not be refunded. After negotiations, the owner said he would charge only for the first of the 4 daily rates and the rest would be refunded. However, he kept stalling to do so, and suddenly decided to change his word and refunded only two. Unbelievable. They prefer to lose customers begging for 70 reais than to be professional and honor their word, which should be priceless, much less such a paltry amount.

- • The only situation I didn't like was when I parked a little further inside the parking lot, I had the displeasure of a car blocking me, I think this should be the subject of constant warnings to guests so it doesn't happen again, I myself when I park I check if there is space for everyone to leave, this should be encouraged with other guests
