I really liked the cafe and laundry facilities. It was nice to have those comforts. It also offered plenty of places to just hang out or work on a laptop, and lots of information about stuff to do in Melbourne.

- • The location of the bathrooms is a little confusing. There's no signs pointing to where to go once you get to the floor, and some of them are under repair. If you want to use the bathroom while they're being cleaned, you have to find another floor. Once I had to use the bathroom on the check-in floor and they stopped me to make sure I was staying there, and it was like, dude, I didn't wander in off the street to go use the toilet in a bathroom where I need a key to get in anyway.

- • There are walls but my ears couldn't tell as I could hear everything going on outside of the room. Also, all restrooms on my floor were in maintenance. Maybe invest a bit of money for noise and heat isolation.
You get what you pay for.
Location is great. Right opposite Flinders station.
