Great location, poor quality linens, poor internet.
Property location is excellent on Alameda Santos, level with Ave Paulista. Spacious suite, with balcony. Very attentive and helpful staff at reception. Handy to the Conjunto mall, restaurants, metro station.

- • Intermittent internet, no streaming services because of lack of internet. No internet in lobby either. Frustrating. Also the quality of bath towels was very poor, super thin. Also bedding has very thin sheets. Pillows very uncomfortable, cheap dacron. Bed was 6 out of ten. Surprisingly poor quality. Too bad because otherwise the suite is attractive.

The host is very helpful and responds quickly. The flat is spacious and well equipped. Bed and sofa bed are comfortable. The location is extremely privileged to move around the entire city.

- • Sheets and pillows could be better. Check out at 10 am is a very early proposal.
Great location, the apartment does not get noise from the avenue because it faces the side street. It has a charming balcony.
