- • The hotel is in terrible conditions, stained walls, doors that do not close due to humidity, clogged sink with water dripping when opening the tap, bathroom ceiling with damp stains and cracked paint, swollen and broken bathroom frame below. It's not just lacking maintenance, it needs a good renovation for the prices and stars offered. The staff is very friendly and polite, that's a pleasure.
It is close to the beach and there is a shopping center next to it with gas stations, etc.

- • The cafeteria prices are very high, the air conditioning didn't work on the first day in the middle of August and I had to be firm to get a room change. Of course, not even an apology from them and very rude at the reception. The icing on the cake is the beds, you can go to sleep exhausted because the beds are in very bad condition. It might be okay for 2 nights or if you are coming from France and just passing through, but I will not return.

- • Good location if you have a car, otherwise you are 15 minutes away from the old town and you have to take a taxi to get to Valencia. There is no fridge in the room. At least a small one would be useful. Finally, my bed was too hard.

- • Walls with dampness, mold on the walls. The rooms were not so clean with dust.
