- • Waiting to enter the room was long, and the reason was the previous guest. They should emphasize to pay extra fees for late check-out

- • The room is very very small, only enough for one person. The lighting is poor, with only one light in the middle of the room. So, as two people, it's better to get a room and a living room. I tried to contact reception in the morning, they had music playing with the sound, so you can't hear them properly, and they can't hear you. If you need something, you have no choice but to go down to reception. Reception doesn't know Arabic or English, especially the Turks. Sometimes you find some people who speak Arabic
The location and the view are beautiful and peaceful, but their standards have dropped from previous years. This was our third visit

- • The door was opening without a card, meaning it was broken, and anyone could enter. After we informed them, they fixed it. The cleanliness was not good on the first day, but after notifying them, it improved. The elevators kept breaking down

- • The children's games are broken, and I got a room with a broken air conditioner that doesn't cool, and the bathrooms don't have a bidet. The receptionist was uncooperative. We are a family, and they gave us separate rooms instead of a suite
