Fantastic staff
I love how friendly the team was at Flinders in Hualien. Peggy was a massive help in organizing a taxi charter to see what Hualien had to offer.

Booking did not have service of the same level, felt very bad.
The parking lot was full, had to find a parking space on my own, luckily there are parking spaces on the next two streets.

Excellent location, very close to many famous attractions; the staff are very polite and greet proactively; the price on weekdays is very cheap.

- • There are small flying ants and bugs in the room, soundproofing is not very good, the bed is a bit soft
