A very pleasant stay that I will long remember.
Marco is a very nice host. He provided me a lot of information that was very helpful for my stay in Bologna. The apartment was beautiful and very well-maintained. I can truly recommend this place.

Perfect accommodation
Everything! From the welcome Marco was impeccable, presenting me with accommodation detailed in every aspect and with every care for the stay (fridge full of food and drinks for a rich breakfast, but also an extra blanket for the need, products for personal and kitchen cleaning,..) The accommodation was small, but very well taken care of. I had a great time and the area is very quiet, but also well connected. Everything really perfect! I will definitely come back!

The Guest House is ideal. The decoration, layout, cleanliness, and tranquility of the place are a real plus. Marco is very attentive, always available, and attentive. The refrigerator was filled to prepare breakfast. The city center is quickly accessible by bus. There are good restaurants nearby.

Fantastic stay, room was excellent, clean and full of extras. Location was great, walkable to the old town, but felt very local, with lovely restaurants close by and a beautiful park. Marco was a fabulous host! Bologna is beautiful, we hope to visit again and will stay at Marco's place!

A warm welcome in Bologna
Very pleasant and well-furnished room and kitchen. Very comfortable bed, excellent breakfast from fully stocked fridge and cupboards. Parking was possible right in front for a mere 9 € per day. Bus 11, a hundred meters away takes you straight to the historical centre. The outstanding host, Marco, makes guests really feel welcome, and was most helpful. We’re looking forward to returning.
